Women's Heart Health Directory - Part 1

Narrative: This guide was designed to assist individuals and families in accessing the services available in our community. As you look through the pages of this directory, you will see that we have organized the services and resources into five categories and provided a brief description for each program. To create this directory, we drew upon the experience and knowledge of professionals in our community. Please note that we have not evaluated the resources listed in this guide. Inclusion does not imply our endorsement nor does absence imply our disapproval.
